We provide project management for Commercial, Residential, Health and Aged Care, and Government constructions. There’s no doubt that good project management is about communication. Therefore, before any building begins, we undertake a detailed consultation process. Firstly, a thorough site examination is carried out to assess suitability for the proposed build. In conjunction with this, we’ll discuss plans, building regulations and budgets. Finally, when an agreement is reached, we’ll draw up final plans and a contract. Within this is a detailed estimate of works and a timeline.
